He was predeceased by: his father Albert Newton Frazier; his brothers, Frank Frazier and Vance Wayne Frazier; and his uncle Ira Ponnequin. He is survived by: his son Timothy Frazier of Henryetta; his granddaughters, Kayleigh, Hayleigh and Zayleigh of Schulter; his mother Ruby Brakey (Ponnequin) of Henryetta; and his siblings, Allen Frazier of Henryetta, Mark Frazier of Henryetta, Gaylynn Cooper (Mark) of Pawnee and Albert Frazier of Paden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
