He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden Joe Spurlock, Sr. and Bessie Beatrice Spurlock (Dodge); his stepmother Fairy Spurlock; his siblings, Billy J. Spurlock, Sr., James Bennett "Jimmy" Spurlock and Betty Jo Hamilton; his nephew Michael Hamilton; and his niece Donna Sue Pulliam.
He is survived by: his sisters, Beulah Rutland of Dewar and Bonnie Pulliam of Rhonert Park, California; and his niece Dana Huckabay (Dale). He is also survived by nephews, friends and other relatives.
