He is survived by: his daughter Monique Thomas (Rob) of Owasso, OK; his grandchildren, Avery Thomas and Benjamin Thomas of Owasso, OK; his nieces, Aimee Hoffmann (Mike) of Broken Arrow, OK and Amanda Cowan of Wagoner, OK; his great-niece Rachel Elizabeth Hoffmann of Broken Arrow, OK; and his aunt Carolyn Livesay of Grove City, OH. He is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
