He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee; his sons, Sam Lee and Sandy Lee (Deborah) of Henryetta; his grandchildren, Sydney Lee of Henryetta, Sunjaya Lee of Henryetta, Shaniah of Henryetta, Solomon Lee and Simon Lee of Henryetta; his siblings, Simeon Lee of Okemah, Suzanne Randall of Henryetta, Sharon Frazier of Moore, OK, Sondra Frazier of Moore, OK and Sylvia Tulsa of Okmulgee; and his nephew Church. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
