He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Stapp and Nancy Stapp (Fish); and his siblings, Danny Jo Stapp, Brenda Howell, Carol Stapp, Lavern Counts and Louise Buck.
He is survived by: his wife Kristi Stapp; his son Jake Stapp (Crystal) of Henryetta; his siblings, Bobby Stapp (Fran) of Maude, Goose Stapp of Crowder, Pete Stapp of Oklahoma, Rita Smith (Brent) of Henryetta, Sharon Stapp of Wetumka and Nita Stapp of Henryetta; and his grandchildren, Skylar Morris, Makenzie Morris and Jaklie Stapp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dewar Dragons High School Boys Athletic Department.
