He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Lewis (Gipson); his friend Phillip Williams; his father David Lewis, Jr.; and his sisters, Patricia and Sharon "Bubbles" Lewis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Lewis and Diane Jobe; and his nieces and nephews, Richay Jobe, Gloria Jobe, Krystle Prather, Jeff Lewis, Jordan Lewis and Johnathan Lewis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Integrity Chapel (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
