He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Johnny Fox; his brother Steve Fox; his wife Patsy Fox; his son Charles Edward Mustin; his mother Juanita Shandy of Henryetta; and his siblings, Marilyn Butler and Jerry Fox of Texas Memorial. He was also cherished by 15 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
