He is survived by: his wife Autumn Rain Sumner; his son Avry Eatherly of Ponca City, OK; his parents, Jimmy Joe Sumner (Martha) and Patty Eatherly of California; and his siblings, Christy Hanzelka, Suzanna Moore, Ceejae Canaday, Mariah Barrier, Tyler Williams and Stormy Sumner. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
