He is survived by: his brother Ledtkey McIntosh (Beverly) of Norman, OK; his niece Louann Smith (Ted) of Henryetta, OK; and his nephew Casey McIntosh (Shirley) of Dewar, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
