He is survived by: his wife Janice (Elliott); his daughters, Kimberly Berryhill of Henryetta and Kelly Gathman; his grandsons, Nicholas Gathman (Kristy) of Anaheim and Brandon Simmons of Henryetta; and his sister Phyliss Berryhill of Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
