He was predeceased by: his father Joe Henry Machetta; his grandparents, Pete, Cecilia Machetta, Norma Fairy Spurlock and Weston Terrill; and his sister-in-law Karen Churchman.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Earlene Machetta (Terrill) of Henryetta; his wife Gayle Machetta; his children, Emily Machetta of Broken Arrow and Joe Machetta (Sue) of Ada; his grandchildren, Abbigayle Machetta, Logan Machetta, Roy Gutierrez, Oscar Gutierrez and Yesi Gutierrez of Ada; his sister Katherine J. Machetta of Henryetta; his mother-in-law Kathy Tillman of Bella Vista; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Denham of Medora and Leigh Churchman of Birmingham. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family has designated The Ronald McDonald House charity as an appropriate avenue to honor Pete's Memory.
