She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughters, Kathy Blevins (Michael) of Henryetta and Alisha Mason (David) of Lone Grove; her grandchildren, Aaron Totani (Krystal), Maxwell Blevins (Heaven), Brooklyn Mason, Taylor Mason, Jem Gok and Mehtop Gok; her great grandchildren, Arabella and Conner Totani; her daughter-in-law Semra Stephens of Lake Charles; and her siblings, Chet Munds (Nancy) of Okmulgee, Kenny Munds of Madison, Florida and Sondra Denny (Gene) of Morris. She is also survived by friends and other relatives.
