She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Klimek and Mamie Klimek (Hawkins); her husband Howard Counterman; the father of her children Bill Benton, Sr.; her son Billy Benton, Jr.; her granddaughters, Christy Benton and Kelly Michelle Benton; and her siblings, Neil, Kenneth, John, Paul Klimek, Gladys Arnold, Maxine Holt and Sylvia Shelton Keller.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Blake of Henryetta, Randy Benton (Vicky) of Sapulpa, Pamela Rutledge (Jim) of Cement and Toni Null of Henryetta. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren.
