She is survived by: her husband Roy Floyd; her daughter Amy Sweet (Loren) of Henryetta; her sisters, Peggy Johnson (Steve) of Bradley and Patti Caviness (Dennis); her grandsons, Aaron Culley (Sara) of Oklahoma, Brent Churchill (Kayla) of Oklahoma and Chad Churchill of Oklahoma; and her siblings-in-law, Faye Bothe (Dale), Iola Wood (Richard) and Robert (Jennifer). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
