He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin L. Hoover and Mary Regina Hoover (Parham). He is survived by: his siblings, Don L. Hoover of Wilmington, Robert D. Hoover of McAlester, Terri Dugger of Henryetta, Christopher H. Hoover of McAlester and Alan E. Hoover of McAlester, Oklahoma.; his nieces and nephews, Scott Dugger, Justin Hoover, Bobby Hoover, Mike Hoover, Lychelle Chosum, Misty Roundtree, Brittany Elliott, LaCrissia Dugger, Heather Hendricks and Amanda Crawley; his great-nephew Gage Williams; and his great-niece Chyan Dugger.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Integrity Funeral Chapel (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to assist with cremation and the memorial service.
