She is survived by: her father Johnny William of Eufaula; her sons, Cody Mathis (Kaylee) of Okmulgee and Cameron O'Dell of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Malie, Noah, Kalena, Kynnlee, Kaylyn and Kambry; and her siblings, Jeff Heaslet of Eufaula, Frankie Lea, Sr. (Trish) of Cleveland, Texas, Janie Terrill of Henryetta and Joanna Heaslet of Wamego, Kansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
