He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Phillips and Thelma Phillips (Baker); his wife Marie Phillips (Duty); his parents-in-law, Tom Duty and Neva Duty Durant (Buck); his son-in-law Mark Brinkley; and his brother-in-law Jimmy McMurray.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Phillips (Stacy) of Clyde and Sherry Brinkley of Burkburnett; his grandchildren, Grayson Phillips, Madelyn Phillips, Sheena Nicole Kelley (Matt), Cory Brinkley (Jessica), Payton Marie Phillips, Addison Schreffler and Dennis Schreffler; his great grandchildren, Emma Nicole Barnes, Paisley Brinkley, Jackson Kelley and Briar Brinkley; his sister Mary Rowe (Mike) of Henryetta; his siblings-in-law, James Duty (Linda) of Eufaula and Joyce McMurray; his nephews, Tommy McMurray, Ted McMurray, Andy Duty and Michael John Rowe (Billy); and his niece Jill Tran (Hien).
