He is survived by: his wife Stella McIntosh (Davis); his children, Stoney (Yvonne McIntosh), Stanley McIntosh and Sonya (Jamey Hothouse); his brothers, Ledtey McIntosh (Beverly) of Norman and Richard McIntosh of Norman; his child LouAnn McIntosh Smith; and his grandchildren, Raylynn McIntosh, Keegan McIntosh and Ariel.
