He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Sparks; and his siblings, Charles Sparks and Flora. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Sparks of Henryetta, Kim Sparks of Dallas, Mari K. Williams (Brian) of Lubbock and SueAnn Sparks of Tahlequah, OK; his grandchildren, Kyle Dick of Henryetta, Garrett Dick (Shelby) of Twin Hills, Kindell Dick of Tulsa, OK, Nicole Williams of Dallas, Jacob Williams (Katie) of Richmond, Taylor Ann Williams of Corpus Christi and Michelle Norsby of Tulsa, OK; his great grandchildren, Gabe, Ava and Jordan; and his siblings, Patricia Ann Maple of Sand Springs, OK and Marvin Sparks (Sue) of Ralston, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
