He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hiram "Slim" and Sylvia Lonsdale (Thironet); his siblings, Wally, Gene, Benny Lonsdale and Veda Fronabarger; and his daughter Cheryl LeAnn Lonsdale.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lonsdale; his children, Ben Lonsdale (Jeanna Price), Jimmie (Heather Lonsdale) of Moore, OK, Mike (Michelle Lonsdale) of Claremore, OK and Tammy (Jason Merritt) of McKinney, TX.; and his grandchildren, Michael Phillip, Caleb, Brittney, Justin, Shelby, Miranda, Emma, Michala Lonsdale, Clay, Ashley Sains, Mika, Quentin Wireman, Laura Castillo, Timmy, Lexi Sains, Megan Merritt and Abbey "His Peanut" Merritt. He is also survived by 2 great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter along with nieces, nephews, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jim's name to the Schulter Alumni Association (make checks to the Schulter Alumni Scholarship Association and leave at Rogers Funeral Home or First Federal Credit Union) or the Fraternal Brotherhood of Mason's scholarship fund.
