He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Benson "Bill" Boswell and Virginia Pearl Boswell (Delplanke); and his brother Larry Boswell. He is survived by: his children, Carisa, Cara Slade-Bullard of Jerry Boswell, JR and Jaylaina Rampenthal; his grandchildren, Carlie Gaddy (Aaron), Chloie Holland (Zechariah), Trenton Slade, Steven Slade (Markie), Alixyndra Bales, Legacie Casey, Nathan Moore, Angela Pearl Boswell, Brody Benson Boswell, Cheyanne Green (Austin) and Caylor Thomas; and his siblings, Rhonda Boswell, Doug Boswell, Chris Boswell and Tony Boswell. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (718 W Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
