He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Clark; and his daughter Crystalyn Clark. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Ashley McKnight (Ronald) of Henryetta and Tanya Blevins of Chelsea; and his great grandchildren, Andri McKnight of Henryetta and Caelen McKnight of Henryetta.
