He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa (Emmanuel); his grandchildren, Cooper and Mila; his pet Chapo; his sister Angela (Paul); his nephews, Gavin and Cayson; and his parents, Lowell Churchill and Kaylene Churchill.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Nazarene Church (718 W Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the local Church of Nazarene 'New Life Recovery Ministry'.
