He was predeceased by: his father James Thomas Maxwell. He is survived by: his parent Terry Mitzi Maxwell; his children, Ty Dominique Reid of Henryetta, David DeShawn Reid of Henryetta and Tarynn McElroy of Okmulgee; and his brothers, Garland Reid (Angel) of Okemah and John Thomas Maxwell (Jennette Walker) of Shulter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
