He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bales; his children, Daniel Bales of Tahlequah, James Placker of Oklahoma City, Arvey Placker of Henryetta, Lacy Placker of Oklahoma City, Austin Bales of Henryetta and Julio Bales of Henryetta; and his siblings, Wilma Bales of Colcord, Darrel Bales of Colcord, Walleie Garcia of Texas and Wileta Cotton of Colcord. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
