He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Collett and Mildred Gunell Collett (Guthrie); his siblings, Shirley May Collett, Arliss Collett, Ronald Lee Collett and Glen Gilbert Collett; his son Frank Eugene Collett, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Darlene Collett (Scully); and his grandson Donald Ray Collett.
He is survived by: his son Carl Anthony Collett of Henryetta; his daughter-in-law Darlene Kay Collett; his grandchildren, Adam Collett of Henryetta, Sherri Lynn Collett of Tulsa, OK and Brian Eugene Collett of Okmulgee, OK; and his close friend Judith Fulton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
