He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene and Nettie Scott (Wesley); his son Chris Hill; and his brothers, David Scott and Ronnie Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Gracine Hill of Weleetka, Scott West of Okmulgee and Raelynn Anderson (West) of Holdenville; and his grandchildren, Nick Hill, Kirsten Hill, Trey Winkles, Ethan Anderson, Conner Anderson, Madyson West and Mason West. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
