He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mosco and Cinderella Mosco (Fabrizo); his wife Patsy; and his brothers, Billy, Sonny and Johnny Mosco.

He is survived by: his sons, Marvin (Kathy Mosco) of Okemah and Scott Mosco of Henryetta; and his brother Harve Junior Mosco of Henryetta.
