He is survived by: his children, Todd Buzan of Springdale, Arkansas, Kelli Buzan of Henryetta and Shawn Buzan of Henryetta; his grandchildren, Austin (Katelyn Williams), Valerie Mosco (Dustin) of Henryetta, Blaine Buzan of Charleston and Cheyanne Buzan of Morris; his great grandchildren, Addison, Annika, Ryden and Ryker; and his sisters, Doris Shoemake of Henryetta and Jane Johnson (Jim) of Henryetta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
