He is survived by: his children, Joey Matthews (Christina) of Okemah, Hollie Puga of Texas, Christian Erwin (Dustin) of Henryetta, Toni Kelley of Washington and Tanner Kelly of Okemah; his sister Cindy Thomas (Jim) of Houston, Texas.; his grandchildren, Gabriel Kaedence Puga, Kaisyn Riley Puga and Nyjah Kelley; his nephews, Kane Thomas (Molina) of Denton, Texas and Jacob Thomas of Houston; and his great-nephews, Kade and Fin.
