He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Pickel and Doyle Pickel; and his siblings, Reba and Ron. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his pet Penny Pickel; his children, Diana Pickel Tucker (Brian), Scott Pickel and Joey Pickel; his grandchildren, Tommy Pickel (Rikki), Sara Sanford and Jon Pickel (Olivia); and his great grandchildren, Trace and Aiden Pickel.
