He is survived by: his wife Ruby Burney; his grandchildren, Christy Sanders (Steve) of Sand Springs, Corey Medlock (James) of Coweta and Shana Newsom (Larry) of Arkansas; his sisters, Judy Smith of Dewar and Barbara Swem (Clay) of Henyretta; his nephew Jake Mahan; and his stepchildren, Bo Burney, Lucky Burney and Eboni Burney. He is also survived by Five step grandchildren; One step great grandson; Also a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
