She is survived by: her husband Jerry Bolen; her sons, Christopher Parks and Brian (Carol Parks); her grandchildren, Emmie and Asher; her great grandchild Sarah; her grandchild Koon Srisathit; her great grandchild Attitan; and her pet Bug.
