Dick Gazalski Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dick Gazalski of Henryetta, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Joseph Gazalski and Mary Cecelia Gazalski (Hutton); his brothers, Donald Eugene Gazalski of Dallas and John Vernon Gazalski of Kellyville; his children, Rosalind Carella of Los Altos and Richard; his grandchildren, Rebecca LaValley (Carson) of Henryetta, Donavon Gazalski of Tulsa, Justin Carella (Shelley) and Chris Thomas of California; his pets, Dee and Coy; and his friends, Cecil Cummings, Derrick Thomas, Andy Bealko and Brian Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to the Okmulgee County Animal Shelter.
