She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Frazier (Kiko) of Muskogee, Jennifer Smith of Henryetta and Stephanie Smith (Delmarioyo Phillips) of Crestview; her mother Lola Charlene Putman; her siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Putman Jr. (Susan) of Wilson, Margarett Ann Campbell of Henryetta, Cecil Daniel Putman (Denise) of Schulter, Lisa Charlene Strickland (Doug) of Kiefer and Amanda Susan Sorrels (Chris) of Henryetta; and her grandchildren, Quinton, Kiko Jr., Brieanna, Brooklyn, Pearl, Jasmin, Jadin, Emily, Conley and Brody.
