He is survived by: his mother Ronda Johnson (Couch) of Sperry, OK.; his sisters, Candice Buchanan (Jerry) of Ponca City, Shannon Grogan of Sperry and Krista Grogan of Verdigris; his grandmother Virginia Couch of Morris; and his nephews, Christopher and Bradley Buchanan.
