He was predeceased by: his mother Lizzie Mae Collier; and his brothers, Lewis Ray Collier and Erbin Bee Collier. He is survived by: his siblings, Julia Ruggles (Tracy) of Locust Grove, Penny Poole of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Robert Mullings (Joyce) of Henryetta, Jeff Kuykendall (Debbie) of Hot Springs and John A. Collier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
