He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyle C. Blakely, Sr. and Margie Blakely (Abruzzese); and his brother Jack Blakely. He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth Kish (John) of Gainesville, Florida and Marjorie Blakely of Checotah; his niece Dianna Kish of Gainesville; his nephews, Jason Kish of Maple Grove, Minnesota, Jack Blakely, Jr. and Justin Blakely of Pembroke Pines, Florida.; his great-niece Branwynn Kish of Maple Gove, Minnesota.; his great-nephews, Jared Kish, Jeffrey Kish, John Kish and Rory Kish of Maple Grove, Minnesota; his aunt Vera Abruzzi; his uncle Michael Radd of Palm Beach; and his close friend Judy Chastain of Henryetta. He is also survived by many cousins, friends and other relatives.
