He is survived by: his son Clayton Dodge (Leslie) of Morris; his granddaughters, Halee and Alexis Dodge of Morris; his brother Dennis Dodge (LaDonna) of Henryetta; his nephew Steve Dodge (Kallie) of Henryetta; his great-nephew Tanner Dodge; and his great-niece Abbi Dodge of Henryetta. He is also survived by cousins, friends and other relatives.
