He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. McCullough and Lucille McCullough (Baribeau); his siblings-in-law, Frank Madden and Geraldine Bowdler; and his brother Felix McCullough.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene McCullough; his daughter Vickie Layman (Mike) of Henryetta; his grandchildren, Lonnie Layman of Henryetta, Jeremy Layman (Christa Layman) of Coleman and Jason Layman (Karie) of Henryetta; his great grandchildren, Nathan Layman, Madison Layman, Mackenzie Layman, Amelia Layman and Eli Layman; his sister Delores Madden of Henryetta; his nephew Joe Dean Roland of Arkansas; and his nieces, Jamie Madden Collier (Brice) of Bixby, Judy Madden Varner (Terry) of Henryetta and Janet Madden Taber (Marty) of Boerger. He is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
