He was predeceased by: his father Archie Dee Crabtree; his grandparents, Archie, Christle Crabtree, William and Jewell Collins; his uncles, Junior, Jerry Collins Leroy Jones, Norman Hagar and Burl Overmon; and his aunt Ellen Collins.
He is survived by: his mother Sue Crabtree (Collins); his siblings, Johny Crabtree (Bobbi) of Okmulgee and Peggy Sallee (Carlton) of Weleetka; and his nieces, Christle Wells (Ryan), Johna Lee Kersey (JC), Billie McDonald Peavler and Jan. He is also survived by two daughters; Also by nieces, nephews, a host of friends and other relatives.
