She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Wade and Ida Belle Wade (Rutledge); her husband Jimmie; and her siblings, Delores Dillard and Ray Wade.
She is survived by: her daughter Debora Hull (Jim) of Stillwater; her granddaughter Alison VanMalak (Kyle) of Oxnard, California; and her sisters, Geraldine Mordecai of Henryetta and Frances Thompson (Ralph) of Henryetta. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
