She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Dock and Lenice Dock (Smith); her husband Michael Estep; and her siblings, Jim Dock, Junior Dock, Bill Dock, Eli Dock, Cecil Dock, Wanda Branstetter and Johnnie Mae Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Dock (Kristy) of Henryetta, Jenny Rich, Brad Bogard of Okmulgee and Joy Rich of Dewar, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Nicole Dock, Scott Hood, Jr. and Zachary Mayden; and her great grandchildren, Kursten Jones and Amelia Eatkins. She is also survived by her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
