She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Moore (Fox); her aunt Callie; and her brothers, Bud of Hennessey and Willie of Hennessey. She is survived by: her father John Moore; her sons, John (Heather) of Grand Prairie, Texas and Kevin (Cindy) of Florida; her grandson Thayne of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her sons, Jacob (Kelsie) of Concordia, Kansas and Jalen of Hillsboro, Kansas; her great grandchildren, John and Jordan; her siblings, Nelda Goins of Dover, Oklahoma, Deborah McDade of Houston, Texas, Michael Moore of Hennessey, Randy Moore of Hennessey and Tammy Moore of Hennessey; and her pet Lady. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
