She was predeceased by: her mother Cora Hannah Foster (Hunt); her husband Emmett William "Bill" Mills; her father George Foster; her sisters, Birdella Reynolds and Lois Breckner; her son Billy Dean Mills (Ameilia "Mimi" Mills); and her granddaughter Jeannie Leota Mills.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Ray Mills (Flo Mills) of Hennessey Oklahoma, Glen Edward Mills of Rockwall and Michael Lee Mills (Suzanne Mills) of Moore. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
