It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Turner of Hennessey, Oklahoma, born in Julesburg, Colorado, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sue Ann (Penny) and John Turner; and his brother Kenny Turner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Tracy Turner of Norman, Travis Turner of Norman and Tyler Turner, MD (Halen Turner, MD) of Milwaukee; and his sister Kathy Hodges of Enid.
