She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Lynn and Catherine Ann Jaco; her brother Robert Jaco; her husband Michael Shubert; her children, Elizabeth, Robert Jaco and Shawn Shubert; and her grandchildren, Aliyah, Britton, Auston, Abigayle Shubert, Leo Cheatham, Emmi, Everett Jaco and Ellamy Hobbs.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to consider instead a donation to DAWG in Denison Texas or to the local Make-A-Wish foundation.
