He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Riggs and Anna Morris Riggs; and his siblings, Terry and Melanie. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Riggs (Christine) of Argyle, Rodney Riggs (Janell) of Enid, Oklahoma, Gregory Riggs of Enid, Oklahoma, Connie Bowen (Gary) of Medford, Valerie Bayless (John) of Enid, Oklahoma. and Virginia Addington (Mike) of Enid, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Lanman Funeral Home - Helena (309 4th St, Helena, OK 73741). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Willow View Church (3525 W Purdue Ave, Enid, OK 73703).
