He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Riggs (Christine) of Argyle, Rodney Riggs (Janell) of Enid, Oklahoma, Gregory Riggs of Enid, Oklahoma, Connie Bowen (Gary) of Medford, Valerie Bayless (John) of Enid, Oklahoma. and Virginia Addington (Mike) of Enid, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
