She is survived by: her husband Joe Foster; her siblings, Elmer Milligan, Donald Milligan (Edie), Ray Milligan (Barbara), David Milligan (Mary), Rose Kinsey and Joyce Judd; her sister-in-law Dee Milligan; her daughters, LouQuita Brown (Joe), Melveda Harberson (Loren) and Anita Henry (Mose Brown); her grandchildren, Traci Henry (Alisha), Shane Henry (Katie), Curtis Henry (Cassie), Chad Blaylock (Silver), Marcus Henry (Tiffany), Kimberly Yandell, Amber Goodin (Jeff), Sarah O'Keefe (Tom), Melissa Allen (Blake) and Matthew Carr; and her great great grandchildren, Brett, Braden, Beau, Ualani, Ari and Julius. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.
