He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Francis and Harriet Maloy (Reebe); his siblings, Harry Joel Maloy and Lilly Ann Hatzold; and his stepsons, Harold and Brian Roop.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Maloy; his children, Wayne Maloy (Bernice) and Debby McGee (Grady); his stepchildren, Rick Roop and Brenda Schlosser; and his grandchildren, Lacey, Braedyn and Dylan. He is also survived by One sister: Alice Lackey Numerous nieces, nephews.
